TD1 is a results-driven training and nutrition program designed to maximize fat loss while preserving or building lean muscle. Available exclusively to SKYETRAIN clients, TD1 offers a structured, step-by-step plan to help you achieve your body composition goals through accurate tracking, ongoing feedback, and strategic adjustments.

What TD1 Is:

TD1 is a minimum 8-week intensive program designed to reshape your body composition through personalized training and precise nutrition. This is a no-nonsense system for both men and women who are ready to commit, trust the process, and follow through consistently.

What TD1 Is Not:

TD1 is not a quick-fix, generic online fitness plan, or a one-size-fits-all solution. This program is not for those who aren’t ready to take ownership of their progress or can’t make the time to fully commit to themselves.

Required Commitment:

  • Minimum 4 days of strength training per week.

  • Daily tracking of all meals and macros.

  • Weekly progress check-ins to measure results and refine the plan.

  • Uninterrupted dedication for a minimum of 8 weeks—this program works, but only if you do.

 

This Program Is For You If:

  • You’re ready to take ownership of your progress and commit fully to achieving your goals.

  • You can dedicate at least 8-12 weeks to structured training and nutrition without interruptions.

  • You’re motivated to learn, work hard, and stay consistent.

Before You Apply

Despite what my reputation and high success rate might imply, I am not a magician. I deeply understand what it takes to achieve your body composition goals, but I also recognize the level of commitment required—and the importance of timing.

 

This program is not suitable for everyone—at least, not at all times. A large part of my success as a coach comes from ensuring the right people join the program at the right time. Sometimes, even with the best intentions and desire to improve a physique--the timing isn’t ideal, and that’s okay.

 

My objective when reviewing applications is to ensure that every client who begins working with me is fully prepared to dedicate themselves to a period of uninterrupted progress. By keeping my coaching groups small, I can ensure my service is never diluted and every client gets the attention they need.
